LotteZ‘ style can be described as synergetic, rich in contrast and a competition between raw energy and natural flow.

NEDERLANDS
Lotte Zuydwijk is actief als allround videojockey (VJ) sinds 2004.
In 2006 behaalde ze haar European Master of Media and Art (EMMA)-diploma met een onderzoek naar synergie binnen audiovisuele producties.
LotteZ heeft sindsdien samengewerkt met een indrukwekkende lijst van DJ’s, dansers, schrijvers en zelfs een opera-zangeres om de spanning en interactie tussen beeld en geluid verder te onderzoeken.

In 2006 won ze de VJ-contest van Redbull en in 2008 en 2009 werd ze geplaatst in de World VJ Top 20 van het Engelse vakblad DJ Magazine.
Als vaste VJ van uiteenlopende internationale clubavonden en evenementen, zijn LotteZ‘ visuals haast niet meer weg te denken uit het internationale danscircuit.

LotteZ visuele stijl kan omschreven worden als synergetisch, rijk in contrast en een duel tussen rauwe energie en natuurlijke flow.

Opening ceremony new powerplant ‘Maxima Centrale’
In 2010 Dechesne & Boertje assigned me to make the show-visuals for the live opening ceremony of the new Electrabel powerplant in Lelystad; the Maxima-centrale.
A piramid was constructed out of LED-screens.
In front of every LED-screen a live drummer was placed and singer Alma Nieto sings herself to the top, during this opening-ceremony!
The opening-show shows the modern dutch landscape that is nowadays highly defined by our need to generate clean energy.

‘The 100th Golden Dutch Medalist’ 
During the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada, I worked as resident VJ of the Holland Heineken House; the dutch athlete’s hospitality house and medal ceremony hall during the Olympics.
Snowboarder Nicolien Sauerbreij won the 100th Golden Medal won by a dutch athlete of all-times, so this needed to be celebrated in style.
I made this video for the medal ceremony and press moments.

VPRO’s cutting-edge scientific television and internet-concept ‘Beagle’ asked me to make two web-promo’s for their aftershow twitter-sessions.

A personal project; Frau Krab is a character used in my techno VJ-shows, who shoots lasers from her bionical eye.
